Step into the open-plan kitchen and living area with plush seating, a roaring fireplace, smart TV and dining table, ideal for relaxed evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and Nespresso machine, making self-catering effortless.

Upstairs you'll find a king-size master bedroom with built-in wardrobe, twin room with ensuite shower room, which can be configured as a zip-link super-king on request and a family bathroom with bath, rainfall shower, WC and bidet

Located at the top of a roughly half a mile long country lane, on a private farm with stunning mountain views of Hatterrall Hill which towers behind.

A 20 minute ramble or 5 minute drive leads to the small hamlet of Clodock, home to an unspoilt traditional pub of great character, a church and a river (perfect for a summers' evening dip!).

Our nearby village of Longtown (7 minute drive) is home to a fantastic village shop (Hopes of Longtown), and food pub (The Crown Inn). There are many other nearby country inns if you wish to dine out. The market town of Abergavenny is 7 miles away, and the popular Town of Books, Hay-on-Wye, is 9 miles away.
