Situated by one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the South Hams, on a hillside
overlooking Salcombe Estuary, this lovely cottage has been in our family for three generations. Step outside the front door a few paces and the estuary is spread below you.
Recently lovingly refurbished to a high standard, the cottage has two double
bedrooms upstairs, one with an estuary view, while downstairs you will find a galley
kitchen, a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a cosy lounge/dining room.
The space
Beautiful cottage with all the mod cons needed for the perfect holiday. Whether it be relaxing on the beach, exploring the coast line, or hanging out in the pubs and restaurants in local villages (a short drive/ferry away) - we have it all!

Other things to note
The cottage also enjoys the benefit of a small steeply-sloping garden, with a
sheltered sun terrace, but note that the garden does not immediately adjoin the
cottage – it is just a few steps away and over a low wall.
We are set up for Sat-Sat bookings but please contact us if you’d like different
check-in / check-out days.
