The barn has EV charging for 1 car which is included in the nightly rate.

The space
1 Millers Barns is a brand new purpose built passive house located in Godshill, a quiet village in the heart of the Isle of Wight.

It is set on a private site with 3 other converted barns and a converted bungalow with a central courtyard and private gardens. Each barn has a private parking space with an EV charger. There are 2 additional visitor parking spaces if needed.

The barn is just a 5 minute walk from the village which offers restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops, a post office and the model village.

Our passive houses ensure a sustainable holiday experience with 55 solar panels generating electricity, battery storage and EV charging.

Guest access
1 Millers Barns is a self contained unit offering a bedroom, bathroom and open plan living with a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. It has gate access to the back garden which is fully fenced and stone paved. There is outdoor lounge seating and dining for two people. It offers ample storage space for bikes etc. The garden is private and can be accessed from a gate or the open plan sitting room. There is a post and rail fence to make the most of the stunning countryside views. The private parking space outside is equipped with an EV charging point. It is within 10 meters of the barn. There is also a central courtyard which can be accessed by guests from all 4 barns.

Other things to note
Barn 1 can sleep 2 adults and 1 infant (please note that a travel cot can be used in the bedroom but it is a very tight fit). In this particular barn we do not have a high chair or infant equipment but this can be provided with advance notice.

Our site is specifically built for holiday lets and in total sleeps 15 adults across 4 separate buildings; please see our other listings if you require more room or to host a larger holiday.

We have 3 travel cots which can be used in any property but please be mindful to reserve one in advance if needed for your stay. Bedding and towels for infants are provided.

Towels for guests are provided along with separate beach towels.
