This home is in a scenic location.

Completed in May 2026, this 1960’s bungalow in Godshill village has been renovated into a spacious and bright 3 bedroom holiday home. It has a private fenced garden and an EV charger. Parking for 4 + cars. Close to restaurants and amenities.

The space
This renovated bungalow has 3 large bedrooms. The master has a super king bed with an en suite (shower) and is at the front of the property. The second bedroom has a king bed and plenty of space for a travel cot. The third bedroom has twin beds. Bed guards can be provided upon request. The main bathroom has a shower over a bath. There is a large storage cupboard in the hallway great for storing suitcases. The main family room is open plan and has a sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a laundry room situated off the kitchen with a back door which leads into the garden. The garden is private and fully fenced and over looks our private farmland with stunning countryside views.

The bungalow is just a 5 minute walk from the village which offers restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops, a post office and the model village. Please note that whilst you can walk to the village, some sections of the road do not have a pavement.

We have renovated 4 small barns and the bungalow on the same site and they all share a bin store and visitor parking. There is an EV charger at the front of the bungalow and space for at least 3 cars outside the front with additional space within the communal area.

We provide separate bath and beach towels and if you are travelling with a baby we provide smaller towels. There is a large selection of teas and coffees along with cooking essentials and condiments.
