The space
Brambledown offers expansive country and sea views across Studland. Set in a peaceful hillside location, it’s perfect for soaking up sunrises and sunsets, enjoying the garden, or gathering around the fire pit and BBQ.
Inside, the home has been recently refurbished with a brand-new kitchen, fresh décor and furnishings, new flooring and carpets, and thoughtful touches like an outdoor shower for sandy kids. A spacious lounge with a log-burning stove makes it cosy in cooler months.
With four bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin), three shower rooms (two en-suite, one with bath), plus an additional cloakroom, there’s plenty of space for families and groups. The large lounge, open plan dining area, and kitchen all enjoy wonderful views, and two generous patios on different levels make the most of the panoramic setting.
Perfectly located to access all amenities of Studland in a tranquil, peaceful spot.
Step outside and you have immediate access to Ballard Down, with world-class walks to Old Harry Rocks, Swanage, and Corfe Castle. Mountain biking trails and coastal paths are right on your doorstep. The area is beautiful all year round — summer is lively and fun, while September and October are quieter, with warm seas and the countryside at its most colourful.
From the top of Ballard Down, you have the entire vista of Studland, Knoll Beach, the Isle of Wight and Swanage.
Well equipped for 3-4 couples on a walking break or 2 families with children, Brambledown is well set-up to meet the needs of a wonderful English seaside holiday.
Plentiful parking space for 3-4 cars on the property with an EV charging point (charged at £0.40/kWh).
