Two 200year old cottages, just 30 meters apart fitted with period furniture and modern utilities found in a quiet, safe and friendly cul-de-sac.

The houses are walking distance from the vibrant village of Knowle with pubs and restaurants, greenery and a golf course and 5min drive from Solihull town centre with extensive amenities. Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham with significant cultural attractions are just 35minutes away.

The space
Both properties are over 200 years old, in fact, they are older than any local records so we don't know how old they are! Most people find this wonderful and romantic, but if you like straight walls, Ikea styling or you are over 6'3” this may not be the place for you.

Butterfly Cottage sleeps 7. It has a super king bedroom, a double and a single, it also has an extra lounge that doubles as a bedroom with a kingsize bed OR two single beds. This property has space for 2 or 3 cars on the drive and has a front and back garden, the back garden with terrace is particularly pleasant.

Bumblebee Cottage is smaller, with a double and a single as well as a double futon in the lounge. There is no garden but the drive accommodates 2 cars. There is additional parking on the road.

The cottages are within 30meters of each other. Knowle is a short walk away and Solihull town centre is 6 minutes away on the bus.
