On site parking and tea/coffee facilities make this a great base. Games available. TV with Roku streaming. Two pubs and a village shop within walking distance. Explore Battle, Hastings, Rye, Bexhill and Eastbourne.

Pottery workshops or ceramic residences can be arranged.

Longer stays - limited kitchen access can be discussed.

Access the property through the front door. Staircase upstairs to front bedroom and bathroom. Landing has ironing facilities and space for shoes/coats.
