A spacious stone cottage in the heart of Wales with 2 en-suite rooms able to sleep five people. Situated 14 minutes away from Builth Wells and 19 minutes away from Llandrindod Wells. With the exceptional Elan Valley Dams being only 42 minutes away with amazing views a incredible walk paths; you could even take a bike to explore the dams. Couple this with the amazing backdrop of the cottage it will be a experience you'll never forget.

The space
Two en-suite bedrooms with baths; fairly spacious rooms (mind your head though.) Next is the kitchen which has a lot of the essentials you'll need to feed the family (and clean after them) conjoined with this is a large down stairs shower room, ideal for pre hot tub showers. Followed by a large open plane living area and a dinning area with a wooden table and seats set with the view of the valley or the tv. This then leads into
a conservatory, then onto a large patio; with views over the rest of the cottage i.e. the garden, with plenty of seating and tables occupying the patio perfect for any sort of alfresco eating. Couple this with your own large hot tub for relaxing, whether under the stars or in the sunny afternoons.

Guest access
Ample parking is available. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. With guests being allowed to access most of the cottage, however are not allowed in the conjoined shed for any reason, guests seen entering the shed or found to have taken or stolen anything from the shed will be fined appropriately. Additionally any trampling of the flower beds will be seen as vandalism and result in a fine. Dogs are not allowed, any trace of a dog will also result in a fine.

Other things to note
This idyllic location may have limited phone signal, however WIFI is available to guests.
Make sure to bring all the necessary health products for after the hot tub i.e. a mild soap and a moisturiser to ensure a pleasant time after exiting the hot tub.
