** Close to University ** EV Charging ** This charming converted Edwardian coach house offers a peaceful retreat with easy off-road parking. Ideally located close to Loughborough University and the town centre (both a 3 min drive or 10 min walk). Spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen & bathroom, comfy lounge and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Perfect for those seeking tranquility & convenience. Loughborough railway station is only 1.5 miles away.

Other things to note
This recently converted coach house dates back to the early 1900s when it served as the stables for the main house. With an open plan living room and fully-equipped kitchen, our 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable haven for guests visiting the University, looking to explore the area, or simply unwind in comfort. The space is thoughtfully designed to cater to your every need.

On entering the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen-dining-lounge area, where the heart of the home beats. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, an induction hob and electric oven, and a microwave. The pantry contains a washing machine and tumble dryer with clothes drying rack.

The lounge area is very comfortable with plenty of seating space for four guests, with a smart TV (includes access to Netflix and Prime Video) and dining table. There’s also fast internet, which is a nice bonus if you’re working while you’re here.

The modern bathroom - which is also on the ground floor just off the kitchen - features a large walk-in shower with a powerful Mira Sport shower (no bath).

On the first floor the house features two beautifully appointed, spacious bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Soft, luxurious bedding ensures a restful night's sleep, and there is plenty of storage space as well as a dressing table and easy chair. The main bedroom features a quality oak king size (5ft wide) bed, and the second bedroom has two solid wood shaker style (3ft wide) single beds. Each bed has a duvet one size up from the bed size (e.g. single beds each have a double duvet) to maximise your comfort and warmth.

Please note that there is a child safety stair gate at the top of the stairs only - there isn’t one at the bottom.

While you'll enjoy the entire house for your exclusive use, rest assured that we are not too far away - across the lawn in the main house! We are ready to assist with any needs or requests you may have during your stay. We will also ensure to give you your own space and privacy.

You are very welcome to use the gravelled areas behind the Garden House; one with outdoor table and seating, the other with picnic bench and swing.

Parking for one car is right outside the coach house, in front of the garage. There is also free parking on the road outside for any extra cars.

EV charging is available (MyEnergi Zappi 7kW) next to the parking space (we charge 35p per kWh). Untethered - please bring your own charging cable.
