Other things to note
The cottage stands in gardens away from any neighbours, and with plenty of parking. It is accessed via a short but steep lane with a gate at top and bottom. This lane is passable with a normal car unless there is snow, ice or heavy rain, in which case an alternative but longer route to/from the village of Cynwyd can be used.
