This new build home (2025) is situated on the old train line in Godshill, with the train station platform in the garden. We have created a boules court where the train line used to run. There is a double garage with a games table inside with plenty of room to lock up bikes etc. It also has a children’s play room and 2 outside seating/dining areas. There are incredible views of the countryside, with direct access to bike paths and beautiful walks. 25% Ferry discounts available with bookings.

This is a gated property with a fully fenced wrap around garden. There is a dedicated parking area for 4 cars directly through the sliding gate. The double garage provides excellent space for socialising and storing away any larger items you may bring such as bikes. The sliding gate code will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival.
