Two double bedrooms with Air Conditioning and free private gated parking in a beautiful, comfortable, detached cottage near the University of Kent, one mile from the city centre. Beautiful views of Canterbury & the Cathedral. Sleeps 4 adults (5/6 using lounge sofa bed) plus travel cot.

£50 service charge

5th/6th person +£50 pp per stay

Sofa bed bedding on request, £50 per stay for additional linen.

The space
The bedroom with two single beds has a built in wall mounted air conditioner.

Guest access
We share the large driveway with my bungalow which is next door.

Large lockable driveway gates.

On the main road so there is some noise at times, though quiet outside rush hour and on the weekend. A picket fence (keeping in my black Labrador) divides the Cottage and driveway from my bungalow next door.

Other things to note
Please know the Cottage is on the bus route, next to the main Canterbury to Whitstable road and there can be traffic noise at rush hour.

EV charging available by prior arrangement only (£20 per charge). Unauthorised charging from household sockets is not permitted for safety and cost reasons.
