This first-floor apartment features a living room with a sofa bed and a dedicated workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and balcony views, a bathroom and a WC. A shared pool is available during the summer period. It is ideal for families, friend groups, and digital nomads year-round. Athens Airport is just 20 minutes away.

Pearl Breeze is the first-floor apartment of Building A, accessible via a 17-step staircase, and available from 3:00 PM via a self-check-in keypad – no need to coordinate arrival times.
The apartment features an open-plan living area. The living room has a large sofa bed with a coffee table, a smart flat-screen TV, and an outside sitting area on the balcony. There is a dedicated workplace in the living room with a desk and chair. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and milk frother. The two bedrooms have Queen beds, dressing tables, and spacious wardrobes.
The bathroom features a shower, washing machine, and drying rack. Fresh bed linen, towels, pool towels, and toiletries are provided. A safe box, hair dryer, fan, iron, and ironing board are also available.
A pool with a lifeguard is available during the summer period and is shared with the other three apartments of the Pearl Complex. Free sunbeds and umbrellas are available at the pool area.
Guest access
There is a gate which opens with a remote control to get into the parking area, which you will find on the coffee table once you arrive at the property. Pearl Breeze shares parking and a maintained garden with the apartment below (Pearl Harmony), offering both convenience and independence.

For getting around, the area is served by OASA bus lines, metro, and taxis. Koropi metro station offers easy access to central Athens and local attractions. For full flexibility – whether heading to the beaches, Athens Airport, or the ports of Rafina and Lavrio – a rental car is recommended.
Porto Rafti is a relaxed coastal small town with a genuine local character – think waterfront taverns, family-run cafés, and fresh seafood restaurants steps from the sea. Several beaches are within a short drive, including EOT Golden Beach (5 min), and Agios Spyridonas (7 min), so there's always somewhere to unwind depending on your mood.
