Neil’s place was just perfect. I needed ground floor with front door access and for it to be a studio. This place ticked the boxes and surpassed my expectations. The living area was spacious, which turned into the bedroom at night. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. There’s ample storage space for clothes, suitcases , books etc and plenty of coat hangers! My stay was around a month. The kitchen was surprisingly large with plenty of plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery and utensils. The bathroom was perfectly functional and clean. A stones throw away from the waterfront, an M&S food hall 2 minutes walk away, lovely shops in town (butcher, cheesemonger, bookstore etc) meant that this was the perfect place for my needs.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. I didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. The apartment looked exactly as it does in the photos and was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals and feel like at home. It was also very bright. Neil was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a very good experience - I’d happily stay here again the next time I’m in Dundee.
