Very pleasant place, accessible by a small pedestrian path, not very clear when arriving, quiet, close to the ocean, you can hear the sound of waves in the distance, as well as a lot of birdsong. We are surrounded by banana plantations, it's very exotic. The accommodation is very clean, everything is fine.
Just be careful to store food because lots of very small ants come...
The oven is very small (for a 6-person accommodation) and the same for the pans, really too small to make a good pan.
Another small downside, but not serious, the BBQ area is on the 2nd floor, with a beautiful terrace of course.
The ocean is nearby, but swimming is difficult because there are very large pebbles and the sea is often strong and rough for swimming.
Iva was very busy during our stay, so we didn't have much time to talk, but she is very nice, dynamic and gives good advice.

Gigantic, you live right in the banana plantation. Depending on the sun, wind or clouds, you can sit on the terrace, we use it for breakfast or sunbathe on the balcony, if you want it covered, then you can look at the sea from the balcony at the top. The semi-detached house was very clean and well equipped. If you are looking for a quiet location, you are well served in the fishing village near Iva. We felt very comfortable and can recommend it without reservation and also had a very nice contact with Iva.

Impeccable accommodation. Pleasant place away from the crowds. The waves are next door.
for people with reduced mobility, it's more complicated for them with the steps.
