The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. It is approximately two miles from the centre of vibrant Hebden Bridge where there is an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, coffee bars, art décor cinema, theatre and markets. The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining many original features but with all the modern comforts inc a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

Secluded ex shop now fully residential has a basement apartment with full kitchen & facilities studio apartment separate bathroom via stairs Tv lounge double bed. Decked sitting area to rear overlooking river canal & waterfall depending on the rain ,,ideal for walkers & Wildlife enthusiasts winter or summer. We are approximately 15 /20 mins walk to Hebden Bridge to the local co-op supermarket or there is a Lidl & Morrisons in the opposite direct towards Todmorden about 10 mins drive away.
