The villa has a large Home Office lounge and accepts pets. With more than 14 hectares, it guarantees immersion in nature with comfort. The location makes it easy to access the crystal-clear sea and is 5 minutes from the pools of Quarta Praia and a short walk from the popular Segunda Praia, with bars and restaurants.

Enjoy an elegant experience in this well-positioned place. The Botero house is located in the luxury condominium Amerigo Vespucci next to the church. Our apartment has 1/4 with air conditioning, a wardrobe, mirror and bed with blackout curtain. Full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 50-inch TV, Wi-Fi and blackout curtain. Bathroom has a hairdryer, steam iron, electric shower. Private Jacuzzi, the water in the Jacuzzi does not heat up. We also have an apartment in Salvador.
