The flat on the second floor, originally the owner's flat, is around 60 m² in size. Gently renovated, retaining its old character. There is sleeping accommodation for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is no parking in front of the house.

The romantic guest house (former chicken coop) is completely surrounded by greenery. A mighty linden tree offers shade on the back.
