Está ubicada en una finca familiar, a aproximadamente 3 km del centro de Santa Elena, a unos 7 minutos en carro ideal para quienes viajan en su propio trasnporte, y cerca de actividades como caminatas nocturnas, tours de café y reservas privadas. Se encuentra en un conjunto de casitas de alquiler y está rodeada de un entorno rural con una barrera boscosa y jardines, ofreciendo vistas agradables de la vegetación y fauna local. La propiedad brinda un ambiente tranquilo y natural.

Esta casa es genial para familias o parejas tiene un patio amplio y un hermoso jardín en donde se puede apreciar árboles de cecropia, bananos, café, caña de azúcar, orquídeas. Aves como motmot, tucan, colibrí y muchos otros... Cuenta con tres habitaciones y un baño. La cocina es un espacio amplio donde los amigos o familia pueden pasar un buen rato. Estamos a 2km del centro unos 5 min en carro. La mayoría de actividades están a unos 10 o 15 min en carro desde la casa.
