“I booked Lana’s place for my parents as it’s walking distance to ours. Lana went out of her way to help us, was great with communication and from what I saw of the studio it was clean and well equipped. Apparently a good night’s sleep too! It’s a useful place to know about to house extra relatives when we have a house full and we’ll definitely use Lana’s place again.”

“We stayed at Number 35 for 3 nights over Christmas; this was the first time we had decided to use AirBnb for Christmas. The group included our extended family and two 3- year old girls. On arrival we were given a warm welcome and everything was explained really clearly. The house was immaculate in every way and spotlessly clean. Helen and Kirk had put on the heating for us so it was warm as soon as we walked in. The hosts had even left some chocolate for the little girls. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a Christmas dinner and the subsequent meals The house is really spacious, full of character, comfortable and warm. We used the wood burner which was lovely. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to spend a festive few days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will treasure the memories of a wonderful Christmas. We would definitely love to return. Helen and Kirk were wonderful hosts and only 3 minutes away if we needed any help.”
We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment, with bleached oak, hard wood floor and under floor heating. It is a fantastic, light and relaxing space with 3 meter bifold doors with integrated blinds, that fully open out onto a shared court yard with our house. There are large electric velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
