Temperatures range from 14⁰ to 33⁰ Celsius (57-91⁰ F). 8 km north of Matagalpa, 1,100 m (3,600 ft.) elevation with an amazing view of the city. Gazebo at campsite to keep you dry. 2-person tent available for rent with prior notice. 1 mile hike to Selva Negra resort. LGBTQIA+ friendly. It is the located between Matagalpa and Jinotega so you have two big cities at the very exact distance and driving time. You have places to have Nica Breakfast less than 5 minutes away and restaurants like Selva Negra and Fresanica less than 10 minutes away.
