Rauhallinen mökki, Villa Havukallio

Turun saaristossa Paraisilla oleva mökki on loistava paikka rauhoittumiseen metsän keskellä tai hyvä tukikohta seikkailluille saaristossa. Vuonna 2021 valmistunut mökki on rinnetontilla omassa rauhassa. Mökissä on sähköt mukaan lukien sähköllä toimiva ilmalämpöpumppu sekä juokseva lämmin vesi. Tämän lisäksi mökki on varusteltu nykyajan mukaisesti. Nopealla wifi yhteydellä sekä säädettävällä työpöydällä saa mukavasti tehtyä myös etätöitä mökillä. Mökki on käytössä ympäri vuoden.

The building is recently renovated, carefully preserving the feel of the old style, and the apartment itself is renovated in 2020. Vanhalla ruukkialueella sijaitseva historiallinen 1800- luvun kivitalo, jossa on oma ainutlaatuinen tunnelmansa. Asunto sijaitsee kivitalon toisessa kerroksessa. Kyseinen tila on ennen toiminut mankelihuoneena, josta kohde on saanut nimensä. Asunnossa on tunnelmaa luomassa viistot katot ja alkuperäistä tiiliseinää. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja iso oleskelutila keittiöineen tekee tästä sopivan myös isommallekin seurueelle.

Tunnelmallinen vierasmaja Littoisissa

Mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella asuinalueella Kaarinan Littoisissa. Turun keskustaan matkaa 8 km. Bussipysäkille n.700 m. Littoistenjärven uimaranta kävelymatkan päässä (2km). Mökissä tilava huone, jossa vuodepaikkoja kahdelle ja jääkaappi, sekä wc ja suihku. Viihtyisällä terassilla voit nauttia auringosta ja linnunlaulusta. Pihalla on parkkipaikka autolle. Omistajan talo sijaitsee pihapiirissä.
