Holiday rentals with a patio in Abrest

Our night at the cottage went very well, Magalie is welcoming and gave us good advice upon arrival. the setting around the cottage is perfect if you enjoy nature and calm. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is within walking distance of Clermont-Ferrand city center and conveniently close to good-quality local grocery shops. It was clean, nicely decorated, and felt very comfortable. The only two minor issues were a toaster that didn’t work properly and an occasional unpleasant smell in the shower room. However, the smell seemed more related to the building than the apartment itself, which was otherwise very clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to enjoy Clermont-Ferrand and its surroundings.

We were impressed with the quiet neighborhood, ability to walk downtown, comfortable beds, comfortable sitting area, and amount of space. It was great to have a washing machine, and our clothes dried quickly outside. Basically, there was everything we needed. The outdoor patio area is not beautiful but is clean and serviceable. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.

Very welcoming and non-intrusive hosts. Clean functional house nothing is lacking. The barn pool is a plus for swimming even if it is raining. We recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! The interior is very warm and beautifully decorated. We immediately felt at home. Julie welcomed us personally and also answered to all our questions quickly during the stay. The bedrooms spread out over two floors which is great. It can get very hot on the top floor but there is a ventilator. Thanks again!

Impeccable communication with Virginia, both before arriving, and during the welcome and then during the stay. Listing stays cool during the hot weather. 2 spacious bedrooms with good bedding. Local shops on foot. Fairly easy street parking, otherwise in front of the garage port.

Clean place (a little cold at check-in) and as described. The amenities (hot tub, sauna and bedding) are quality and gave us a nice relaxing time. Mickael's guidelines were clear. Nothing else to say.

We had a great time and my 2 dogs had a great stay! Sabra was very attentive and available to us . She is a very welcoming host and her place was exactly the same as the description. We'll be back for our next stay in Clermont for sure! The street is very peaceful and pleasant. Don't hesitate to visit!
