We had such a wonderful stay at Didier's place . We were met by Margali who helped us find a parking space nearby, which was really helpful. The apartment although very central was super quiet at night in the bedroom. The living room did have noise from the street , but did not bother us too much . Superb range of restaurants and bars and would thoroughly recommend the trip by bus and train to the top of The Puy du Dome summit , which you see from the bedroom. Well equipped with all you need in kitchen and comfy sofa and dining table . The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on too . Highly recommend.

We spent 2 nights there in early April: our stay went well. The accommodation was as described, the residence is quiet, the instructions for self check-in and check-out were very clear.

Weekend with girlfriends, we were greeted by Catherine smiling and attentive to our questions.... An apartment faithful to the description and photos where there is a caring atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is within walking distance of Clermont-Ferrand city center and conveniently close to good-quality local grocery shops. It was clean, nicely decorated, and felt very comfortable. The only two minor issues were a toaster that didn’t work properly and an occasional unpleasant smell in the shower room. However, the smell seemed more related to the building than the apartment itself, which was otherwise very clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to enjoy Clermont-Ferrand and its surroundings.

Beautiful house-room in the center of Clermont-Ferrand, 2 minutes from the Cathedral and 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. The accommodation is extremely clean and very well renovated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and it's a huge plus! Both terraces are extremely pleasant. And the whole place is very peaceful and private. There are all the amenities on site, especially in the kitchen. There is parking included a few minutes walk away for two cars which is very convenient too. Lanjri was super helpful, he showed us around the house and told us everything we needed to know. There's plenty to do, even chargers! For a large group it was perfect, nothing to say!

Communication with Genevieve was very easy. The house has a lot of charm. it was a perfect stay.

A place we love( third stay in this very pretty house) . We got to know this large apartment in which you feel comfortable and quickly adapted to its calm and comfort! Terrace and patio are a plus to enjoy the sun in absolute calm. The decor is charming, bathroom and bedroom nicely arranged and furnished. I would recommend this beautiful place. Super well located apartment, lots of shops around the residence, store, tobacco shop, bank... Otherwise you can walk a little to find yourself on Place de Jaude with bars and shops. Feel free to book it if you're in the area.

It's an apartment that has just been renovated, and it's a successful renovation. Spacious (there were two of us), pleasant to live in, very functional, effective decoration. Convenient location near the city center. Sylvie was available and responsive. Very pleased with our stay.

The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is very easy to access, close to the train station and different buses to visit the surroundings. The bedding is top notch I recommend the Magnolpas butcher shop too far away for quality meat and the restaurant Les Commerçants to the train station for an excellent truffle.
