My family was comfortable staying at Allan's airbnb. Allan is responsive to our queries. It's good value versus other high cost airbnb places in the area.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The place is very comfortable and spacious, with a thoughtful amenities kit in each bathroom. Paolo was an excellent host—accommodating and quick to respond. Lea, the helper, was always just a text away if we needed anything.

Loved our stay! Whole house had airconditioning. All fixtures of the house was well thought of and was super clean. Would definitely book here again for my next subic stay 😊

She provided us with everything that we need. The place is safe and is in the heart of the town proper which makes it accessible to anything. The place was spotless, smelled so good and there were split-type aircons everywhere! Sarah even made us try Bataan's specialty: dried and smoked fish! More importantly, she let me cuddle her Shihtzu pup which made our stay even more meaningful! 🤩😍 Will definitely stay here again if we visit Balanga again. We love you Sarah and Maui!♥️♥️♥️

the place was well thought out and designed beautifully. We had an issue with the AC on our first day and our host transferred us to their larger casita as soon as we told them. The beach is a few minutes away from the Casita, but you have an option to be shuttled to and fro by the caretakers. We all had a great time! thank you!

Our family had a great time staying here. The location is conveniently located near the highway and is easy to locate. The hosts are nice and friendly. The house and amenities are good. Both adults & kids enjoyed the place. There are very minor things that can be improved but are not deal breakers for us to rate the listing anything below perfect. We’ve already recommended the place to our relatives and we look forward to booking the place again.

Our stay in Subic Villas was great! It got some clean beddings and we slept pretty well! The bathroom was very clean, and the kitchen looked nice! We experienced an American style interior. The property has a good vibe to begin with. Community is peaceful, property is clean. We were able to sleep well, beddings were fragrant 🫶🏼

5 Stars! We had an amazing stay at Hotel Beach! It si so spacious and has 4 rooms and a great living area. The kitchen is impressively clean and fully equipped with everything you need—an air fryer, oven, stove, a big fridge, pots, glasses, and more. If you love to cook, this place will be a treat! They even have a griller available—just remember to bring your own charcoal, fire starter and Ice tube if you want to start drinking as soon as you arrive. The rooms are fully air-conditioned with centralized cooling, which made our stay super comfortable. The beach is just a few steps away and can even be seen from the 4ft pool—such a relaxing vibe. Don’t miss the rooftop deck—it offers a panoramic view of the entire beach, perfect for chilling. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful beach getaway!

A few highlights of the property: 1) Private pool - need I say more? There are even jacuzzis for a relaxing soak 2) Pet friendly - pets are allowed but do take note that there are cats and dog around the property. You still have to be a responsible owner 3) There is a separate shower and comfort room AND another combined shower and comfort room. There is no problem with waiting for a long time for your turn to take a bath or use the toilet. And all toilets are equipped with hands free bidets! 4) There are grills available for use and basically almost anything that you would need since the host lives nearby on some days. All you have to do is ask nicely. 5) It’s a wide property and you can experience real farm life. The sunset is truly breathtaking. 6) Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is about 2km away only. 7) Very attentive host who constantly keeps up on your needs.

We had an amazing stay here! The owner is incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We arrived from Cavite earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The resort offered an affordable staycation option for our small group, and everything we needed was readily available upon request. The place is very conducive to relax after a long drive - hassle free check-in, all areas are air-conditioned and clean. Accesible to stores, gas station due to its location near the highway. What we like most is the serenity of the Altierra. We definitely enjoy morning walks around the area. Moreover, the host is very responsive and accomodating to our inquiries. Thanks George! It was our first time in bataan and mostly there are no hotels near the port and I found this listing which was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms with ac, a kitchen where we can cook freely, and an outdoor seating to cool down the night. Feels like home because it was almost complete (except groceries) which was very convenient for us with a baby. The parking was perfect also for our car.
