The studio apartment is located just 100 metres from the sea and the picturesque Naaria promenade. The swimming pool is already open! The bomb shelter is shared by the residents of the building. There is a grocery store 50 metres away (open every day). The dining area at the entrance overlooking the stunning sunsets is the perfect place for a morning coffee or a romantic dinner.
