FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

Freshly renovated guest cabin on our idyllic property overlooking lake Gapern. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The insulated cabin has a small wood stove and electric heater, mini fridge, tea/coffee station, and its own deck facing the morning sun — relax and listen to the birds. Double bed and workspace. Extra mattresses can be borrowed. Blackout blinds for privacy and deep sleep. Access the shared bathroom via your own back door entrance to the main house.

Stay in our beautiful stuga (2022) with a traditional look and modern interior. Enjoy the unique sound of cranes, and spot a deer or moose in the backyard during Summer. Take a walk along the stream, and discover the different colours of trees in the Autumn. Explore the white world and the frozen lake in the Winter. And experience the awakening of nature during Spring. The stuga is suitable for max. 2 persons.

Mycket fint nyrenoverat enplanshus med alla bekvämligheter i lantligt läge, 30 km från Karlstad. I skogen intill huset finns bär och svamp. I Molkom 10 minuter bort finns butik, apotek mm. I den vackra omgivningen finns mycket att upptäcka! Naturreservat, underbara skogar med fina vandringsstråk. Sjöar med bra fiskemöjligheter året om. Från huset är det ca 350 meter ner till sjön Västra Örten med fin badstrand.

Onze stuga ligt in het midden van de Brattforsheden aan het Alsternmeer. De stilte en natuur is voor jong en oud adembenemend. Hier kun je uren in stilte wandelen. Onderweg is er genoeg wild te zien of te plukken. Je kan ook onze boot met elektrische motor pakken om een heerlijke maaltijd bij elkaar te vissen of de echte zweedse natuur vanaf het water te bewonderen.
