Holiday rentals in Ada, Forest Hills

Exactly as described. Had a comforting older home grandma feel. All the furniture was comfortable. Loved the recliners! Loved the foos ball, fireplace thingy in the basement, deck, outdoor fire pit and the wildlife! Had some frustration with the heating system. Theres a weird mix and match heating system with no written instructions on how to control the heating. There is no air conditioning at all which made for some discomfort on days it reached the 50s. Enjoyed our stay! Home was really clean! Love that bedding and furniture was not white!

Fantastic getaway for group of friends. Atmosphere and property was exactly what we needed and a good value. Very clean, updated, and had the amenities to make it a very enjoyable stay.

If you’re truly looking for a peaceful, calming, relaxing, and out-of-the-way place… This is for you! We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The house was clean and had everything we needed with two bedrooms a clean bathroom, living room and a kitchen. The outside space was the best! We had a fire every night, coffee out by the lake every morning and dinner on the porch as well. This place was by far one of the better Airbnb my husband and I have stayed at. Chris was very responsive and communicative before, during and after the stay!

Kate’s place on the lake was just what my wife and I hoped for. A beautiful, creatively decorated cottage just a few steps from the lake. Our stay was peaceful, relaxing, and quiet at night. Kate was a consummate hostess. She was always super responsive and had several excellent recommendations for local restaurants. If we are able to return to the greater Grand Rapids area next summer, Kate’s place will be at the top of our list.

The Barn in Byron Center was the perfect location for our girl's get-together. Parking and unloading were so easy. Plenty of beds and plenty of room to stretch out and relax together. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Loved having such a large dining table. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely little house on a small lake. Although the neighbor was close the fence helped it feel very private. We had a nice stay and it was very close to many hiking locations and places to get provisions in Greenville. The hot tub was very nice and the home was very clean. We loved having two bathrooms, which made it very convenient. We love to cook when we travel, and I would say the kitchen was fairly well stocked (7/10). The bed was very comfortable - a memory-foam-type. Very firm but we slept well. If only it was warmer and we could have used the kayaks and fire pit. But we did enjoy the hot tub every day. Wifi was fast too.

We had such a great time staying in this home. It was super close to town but also the beach, which is what we came for. All the amenities you should expect plus a few extras like wine and cookies upon arrival! We had more towels and bedsheets than we could ask for, washer/dryer to use at our convenience, and a keyless entry which made for not losing a key even better! The kitchen had basic spices which is always nice in a rental. Wonderful fire-pit out back. Internet and TVs which we didn’t end up using but still great to have. Rich took the time after we booked to call and suggest beaches, etc. Tunnel Park was perfect!! Thank you Rich for such a comfortable and memorable vacation. Highly recommend!!

I brought my cheer team to work and to bond. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for our entire team. The pool was a definite hit!! We loved our entire stay!! Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. There was even an awesome welcome basket which was a great way to start our stay!!
