You can witness a sunrise or sunset in the garden, on the terrace or at the end of the pier. At night, you will encounter the view of the strait offered by the lights of the opposite shore by the fire.

You, our esteemed guests, all the shortcomings in our house have been eliminated and renovated from 15.10.2024. This unique place has its own style. Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca lake and has a lake view and heated pool. We also have a patio and fireplaces for the house. Eşme is 800 metres from the city center. 10 minutes to the center of Maşukiye and 10 minutes to Sapanca center and 15 minutes to Forestry.
