It has two bedrooms (one on the first floor; second on mezzanine), bathroom and a studio type living room combined with kitchen, spacious private green garden with wooden terrace and place for BBQ.

A place created for families and friends. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a shower room. EPA Holiday House is located only 30 km from Riga. Very close is the promenade that is leading to the sea and shops can be reached in five to ten minutes on foot. A hot tub is available for an additional fee.
