Exclusive vacation house Villa Gauja has everything you need for a perfect holiday in nature! Located 25km from Riga, 3 minutes walking distance from the closest lake, and lazy 20 minutes’ walk through the pine forest to the sea. Inspired by Scandinavian design, it was fully renovated in 2020. It has two bedrooms (one on the first floor; second on mezzanine), bathroom and a studio type living room combined with kitchen, spacious private green garden with wooden terrace and place for BBQ.

Kick back and relax in this new cozy house by the sea. Enjoy silence, pines, see and walking trails close by, the Carnikava promenade and, for the most active walkers, the Vecaki pier. The house is equipped with all the necessary household appliances. A comfortable studio-type living room with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (with 1,4 and 1.8m beds), as well as a room with a different entrance to the house with a pull-out sofa. Lockable fenced area, automatic gates, parking lot.

In addition there is grill and fire place and wild forest terrace as well. Host is living on the first floor apartment with entrance on the other side. Sea is 10 min distance by bike, 2.5 km. Riga is 22 km disctance. Ask for possibility to use sauna for an extra charge.
