Holiday rentals with beach access in Adenta Municipal

Shadrach hosted me and my friends at a last minute request. His place is very beautiful and secure. Pictures don't do it justice. Will visit again if there is availability.

The house was lovely. We were very pleased with our ensuite rooms. We felt comfortable and safe. John (caretaker) was amazing and assisted whenever we needed him. Razma responded very quickly to any issues we had and was very accommodating. Overall a very lovely stay, in a nice neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend to others.

Very lovely apartment with beautiful interior

I came for the views, but enjoyed a lot more from the space. It's the middle of Osu, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet. Construction next door made daytime noises, but it didn't hamper my trip much as I was there for work.

This place was very comfortable and easy to settle down in… we are familiar with the area, and will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 12 nights and very happy with the apartment. All the amenities were as described and thankful for AC, WiFi and Netflix available. The swimming pool and gated community was an added bonus, and my children loved it the pool. Thank you Solomon.

William is an outstanding host who is incredibly kind and responsive. The place was wonderful. Do be aware that it’s in Nima, a neighborhood of Accra that is unfortunately not as developed as others. This takes nothing away from William’s place, that is absolutely marvelous.

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Appartement in einer schönen Lage. Die Gastgeberin war stets gut erreichbar und reagierte sofort. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Das Highlight ist der Pool auf dem Dach, wovon man die ganze Stadt beobachten kann. Leider machte der Wasserboiler sehr laute unangenehme Geräusche, weshalb wir ihn immer abschalten mussten, um Ruhe zu haben. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen einwöchigen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.

It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, my experience renting this room was nothing short of exceptional. Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, I cannot recommend this room enough. It is a hidden gem that offers comfort, convenience, and a charming atmosphere. The residence is situated in a very safe area, which added to my peace of mind throughout my stay. Additionally, its location is incredibly convenient, being close to everything I needed. We enjoyed our stay at Ara’s place. Oliver, her co-host, was kind, accommodating, thorough, and helpful. The unit is spacious and accommodated our family well. The pools were amazing! We used them every day and on many cases had the entire pool to ourselves. The air conditioning was efficient and helped greatly as our bodies adjusted to the heat. I also appreciated the generators that kicked on when we had a temporary power outage from a storm. We felt very safe in the complex as entry is controlled to registered guests and there is dedicated underground parking. We found the value for the unit to be very good. There were only a few items of feedback related to maintenance and light cleaning which I provided to Oliver but did not impact our stay. Oliver was very receptive to and thankful for the feedback. We would absolutely stay at Ara’s place again for the convenience, the space, and amenities of the unit and building (e.g. check-in / out, on-site pools, security, cafe, etc.
