This is a space for someone who loves camping with a beautiful veiw and appreciates the outdoors. This is a camping situation so it is seasonal and does have electricity, and water. You will have access to the lake as long as beach area and lake are kept clean and respected. So it will not be available until such time.

Access to a private beach via a short drive or hilled walk with tennis courts, basketball court and beach volleyball. This 1 acre wooded lot includes an outdoor patio/kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit. Enjoy access to all Huletts Landing has to offer; par 3 golf course, ice cream shop and a bar (July/August). 5 minute drive to Black Mountain trail head. Off House, environmental friendly porta loo.

You can also just sit in the sun, admire the views, watch the hawks circle above and soak in the peace and quiet. Propane heater included to warm the tent on chilly nights.

Beautifully furnished glamping tent offers two queen beds, screened porch and rear deck. Personal kitchenette in the Lodge and lovely Bath House nearby. Join us for wood-fired pizza, walk through a beautiful wildflower meadow to the cedar hot tub, take in the stars by the nightly bonfires. Pristine nearby lake for kayaking or swimming and white water rafting in the Hudson River a mile down the mountain. Enjoy breakfast and baked goods in our Bakery. Golf carts available for rent.

You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels, blankets and pillows ! Feel free bring your favorite pillows! There is no drinking water provided ! Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories.

The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
