Serenity Streams Campground

We offer this renovated camper which sleeps 2 adults and room on floor for cot. Or for children to sleep on floor. Very quiet location on a beautiful stream. Also with camper is fairly large lean too. We have reduced the price because our hot water heater has gone out. We have to do extensive work to do to upgrade which we will do before opening in the spring. We still have the cook stove to heat water up if needed and also heat for chilly nights. Thank you for your patience with this issue!

You are alone - surrounded by hundreds of acres of private, wild forest.

Enjoy your morning coffee right on the water at private Tinmouth Pond. A beautiful lakefront property where you can kayak, fish and toast marshmallows over an open fire pit. Firewood, 4 kayaks, row boat, paddle boat, and life vests are included. Great hiking is close by in the Green Mountain National Forest and there is lots to explore in neighboring Manchester and Dorset. Our immaculate Keystone Hideout camper is on the Hudson River. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. We have an old railroad bridge on our property that has a deck on it for all to enjoy! Play in the river on our Kayaks, floats and canoe( all included). Fishing equipment is included for your Blue ribbon fishing. Plenty of hiking trails nearby. Evening Bonfires by the river. For a change of pace we are Only 7 miles to Lake George Village.

All Aboard! Riverfront FJ&G Caboose

Located on our Mohawk Riverfront Property this beautifully renovated historic caboose was originally a D&H (Delaware Hudson) transfer caboose. Later sold to service the FJ&G Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville area in upstate NY. Includes a full kitchen, full bath and loft area with a double bed. First floor has a queen pull out sofa bed. Smart TV and internet included as well as local channels. Well behaved pets allowed.
