Holiday rentals with a sauna in Administrative unit Maribor

A very friendly owner, this villa is situated in a wery calm environment. If you pay extra, you can also use the spa room (jacuzzi and sauna), which takes the experience to a whole different level. Would recommend Leon’s place to anyone!

The apartment was really nice, in a great location (lots of places to park), spa is really close, and lots of places to have a walk in the nature. The apartment was spotless, looked like the pictures and felt like being at home. Peter ( the host) is really nice and helpful. I definitely recommend it and will come again!!

Beautiful remote location in the forrest. Just couple of minutes drive from ski slope Jurgovo . Host was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to visit again. Children had great time exploring the forrest . It was a great rest from a everyday life.

We had a wonderful time at Green Land. From the easy communication before we arrived, to the amenities on site and comfort of the accommodation, it all went really well. Ana and family are wonderful hosts. If you want a few days’ relaxation or just a base to explore this gorgeous corner of Slovenia, this is the place. We’ll be back!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Perfect for a family vacation or a fun place to hang out with your friends. We enjoyed all the activities the place had to offer. The hosts were polite, helpful, and we felt taken care the whole time. It is clean, cosy and felt like home. The local food recommendation was great. Look for the local produces in the shops they are amazing. Will definitely come again! :)

We had a grest time there as a family of nine the accomadation was basic but comfortable. Use of the sauna after a days skiing was welcome and very clean. The location was so relaxing in the middle of a forest with a small river running past. There are nice walks through forest.

I’t’s very beautiful and peaceful location where you can recharge and relax. And the host is on another level! He’s very kind and always ready to help but also respectful of your privacy. Very homey feeling. Recommending!

Our recent stay at this holiday home was nothing short of delightful. From the onset, we were met with a feeling of warmth and comfort that carried throughout our entire stay. The kitchen was not only clean but also fully-equipped, allowing us to enjoy our meals just as we would at home. And for those nights when we wanted something a little different, the BBQ outside was a fantastic addition. Grilling under the open sky, surrounded by the serenity of our temporary home, added a special touch to our evenings. In summary, this holiday house offered us more than just a place to sleep – it provided an environment where we could truly relax, enjoy, and create lasting memories. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a stay that feels both comfortable and homely.

There were five of us staying in Jan's beautiful cottage and we really found everything exactly as in the pictures – if not even better! The high-quality and lovingly selected furnishings, the well-equipped kitchen and every single element (such as great books or the not empty wine fridge) surprised us positively. The location of the house is idyllic and invites you to relax as well as activities in the area. Whether cozy hours by the fireplace, relaxing in the sauna or hot tub under the stars – you can enjoy it all around. Communication with Jan was extremely friendly and helpful. He was available at all times and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. We can 100% recommend a visit and will be happy to come back! 😊

This place is stunning and in a serene location. Having the private Sauna and Jacuzzi made for such a relaxing evening following long days of hiking. Gregor was friendly, clear and provided lots of local recommendations and instructions.
