Detached Wooden House with Air Conditioning in Assos Ahmetçe

You can relax and have a pleasant holiday with your family in this peaceful accommodation. Our wooden building is located in the garden of the old oil factory within a 3-acre garden, in the back of this ancient building, in a bay with a seaside settlement. It has a garden of approximately 150 square meters with its own orange and tangerine trees and covered with grass. It has a split air conditioner for heating and cooling. There are fences surrounding the garden. Our house has a bed capacity for 4 people.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Wooden Beach Cabin is a 50sqm prefab hut surrounded by a 800sqm land of olive trees, wild bay laurels and other plants, overlooking a small natural gulf . The cabin offers spacious interiors that allow the user to connect with the surrounding nature. The cabin assume an elegant and functional form with large glazing that frame views of the surrounding. The place provides peace and serenity, mostly to because of the less-is-more aesthetic with the beach to be just a few steps from it.

A 10-15 minute walk alongside the stunning coast brings you to the town center, where you will find all kinds of shops, including supermarkets, tavernas, cafés, etc. Frequent taxi boats bring you to beautiful Poros island across the narrow strait that separates Galatas from Poros town. The house has several outdoor spaces for social activities, including a lounge area and a roof terrace overlooking the sea.

Guest Lodge

Our guest cabin is 25m2 in size. It consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our clubhouse, there is an open-air kitchen covered with a pergola, which is only for the use of our guests staying in our clubhouse. There is a 5x10m, 50m2, 1.5-1.6m deep swimming pool in our garden. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cabin (max. 2 people). The pool is open from 12 June to 30 September.
