This room in the house Christo by the sea has no direct sea view. But it is only a few steps to the small beach, our seats with barbecue area by the sea with sunset. It is simple/traditional, functional. Modern chic is elsewhere. Available are: refrigerator, kettle, toaster, two-burner stove and cooking utensils. In calm weather, our guests can use 2 kayaks (by arrangement). There is no television (except from the beach to the sea).

Our house, located in Yeni Bağarası village, 8 km away from Yeni Foça and Eski Foça, is within walking distance of the Persian cemetery and Zeytinköy forest area. Our location is very suitable for hiking and plant gathering. We offer a peaceful environment where you will feel intertwined with nature with our gardens, pergolas and fruit trees. In addition, the ESHOT 750 bus passing by our door provides ease of transportation.

Magnificent view with a large courtyard in front of the house, the sea is about 5 meters away. The indoor space is 90 sq.m and the local area is quiet. The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.

The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
