Al piano terra è presente un patio con delle colonne e sedute stile eoliano che affacciano su un piccolo giardino arredato, con doccia esterna. Al suo interno vi è una cucina soggiorno, con due divani letto, una camera matrimoniale, un ripostiglio e un bagno con doccia.
