The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

The house was renovated in 2017. It is a semi-detached, single storey-building, situated next to the house of the owners. It has a separate entrance. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. The house is suitable for 3 persons. There is a couch-spare bed in the lounge.

The centrally located Smithy is a wonderful place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues all year round. During the winter, have a drink by the fireplace in the spacious living room. During the summer, enjoy a BBQ in the sun-drenched garden, looking over the water. Cook together in the bright kitchen, and enjoy a delicious meal at the dinner table. The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.

It is located close to the railroad and the railway station, Amsterdam Central Station only 15min. The apartment is on the first floor.

Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.

Haus am Zee is a cosy beachhouse only one minute walking from Zandvoort’s South Beach. The beachhouse with its own entrance, has two rooms (one bedroom), a small kitchenette and a small livingroom with view on the garden. Mijn ruimte is vlakbij Heemstede-Aerdenhout train station, from there 20 minutes to Amsterdam or Leiden Central station (every 15 minutes). A 15 minute travel to the historical centre of Haarlem or beach and Formula 1 racing circuit in Zandvoort. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance..
