Nice large bright house in Marstal of about 250m2 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Super located down to Marstal Harbor with a short walking distance to a good beach (Eriks Hale). The house is thoughtfully decorated and very cozy with a fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy nooks, TV living room and nice views, partly over the Marina and the water. Welcome to our lovely, refurbished townhouse of 63 m2, which is located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets, a few minutes' walk from everything. The house is on two floors and has a cozy living room with the possibility of extra beds, a dining room and a nice little kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.
