Kragnæs is directly connected to the old beautiful market town of Ærøskøbing via the beautiful nature trail (Nevrestien), which is 5.5 km. In addition, it is only 3 km to the island's largest town, Marstal. The house has a lovely, unspoiled south-facing garden where you can relax under the big old apple tree. Kragnæs is a lovely little village in the heart of Ærø, where you can relax from the city life.

Charming little thatched cottage on one level. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Small kitchen with access to a small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is located just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the island sea trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.

NOTE: From 1 June to 1 September, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and with no time limit.
