Cozy and newly renovated townhouse in Marstal

Welcome to our lovely townhouse in the center of Marstal, where we have done a lot to create the setting for a cozy and relaxing base when you are visiting our lovely Ærø in the south Funen archipelago. The house has a super distribution with 2-3 rooms on the 1st floor and large bedroom on the ground floor, where there is also a living room in open connection to the kitchen. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower. The whole house is 124 sqm. There is a patio, as well as a garden that provides space to also enjoy the outdoors secluded.

Cozy house, decorated in cottage style. The white house, is located in Bregninge on west Ærø. Just outside the house are bus stops, from where the bus runs for free once an hour, towards Søby as well as towards Ærøskøbing and Marstal. The beach is 2-3 km away. in Søby, 6 km away, is a Bager, a Dagli Brugs, as well as a barbecue bar/restaurant. in Ærøskøbing, 10 km away, Netto is located, as well as a number of shops and restaurants. Marstal, 18 km away, Superbrugsen, Apoteket, as well as some other shops, and restaurants.

Welcome to Skovby old Skole, beautifully situated in scenic area on Vestærø. We offer a lovely and bright apartment, with a private entrance, located on the 1st floor. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with single beds - these 2 rooms are open connected to each other. In addition, kitchen, living room and bathroom. There's a heat pump and wood-burning stove for the colder days. Bed linens, one towel per person, water and electricity, and final cleaning are of course included in the price.

Sit back and relax in this quiet and stylish home overlooking Kleven Harbor. In the butter hole between Marstal and Ærøskøbing you will find the small cozy village of Kragnæs. With the Archipelago Trail running directly through and Nevrestien starting in Kragnæs and with the 4 km to Marstal or 6 km to Ærøskøbing, there is ample opportunity for walks and excursions on foot or by bike. My name is Alina and I come from Hamburg. In 2016 I got married on this island - Ærø. We loved it so much that we decided to purchase a house in November 2019, which we fondly call: Aeroe Diaries. About the house: the part of the house where you would be staying is from 1795 and well maintained. The house is a gem and we are constantly working on it to bring it to its best form. We have a huge garden, 3 bedrooms, 1 big living room, 1 bathroom and 1 big kitchen with a cozy dining area.

Dieses charmante Häuschen ist der ehemalige Altenteil unseres Hofes und liegt auf der anderen Seite der kleinen Lindenallee, die zu unserem Wohnhaus führt. Ganz in Ruhe in einem naturbelassenem Garten unter einer uralten Rotbuche auf einem sanften Hügel. Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

Timberframe house near Marstal Harbour
