Sit back and relax in this quiet and stylish home overlooking Kleven Harbor. In the butter hole between Marstal and Ærøskøbing you will find the small cozy village of Kragnæs. With the Archipelago Trail running directly through and Nevrestien starting in Kragnæs and with the 4 km to Marstal or 6 km to Ærøskøbing, there is ample opportunity for walks and excursions on foot or by bike. The house is stylishly renovated, with respect for the history the house has. It has a lovely garden with terrace and fire pit.

Farmhouse with sea view and good space outside as well as inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the farmhouse remains. It has sea views from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with old fruit trees, which are freely accessible to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have designed what we think fits the spirit of the house, with a few things dating back to our grandparents' time.

Dieses charmante Häuschen ist der ehemalige Altenteil unseres Hofes und liegt auf der anderen Seite der kleinen Lindenallee, die zu unserem Wohnhaus führt. Ganz in Ruhe in einem naturbelassenem Garten unter einer uralten Rotbuche auf einem sanften Hügel. Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

Tag en pause, og slap af i denne fredelige oase. Feriehuset ligger i et smukt og rolige og fredelige omgivelser - det helt perfekte sted at slappe af og nyde ferien. Lejligheden har egen indgang, 2 sovepladser, bad og toilet samt et køkken med køleskab og kogeplader. Til ferielejligheden hører en lille have . Gratis internet og TV. Fra ferielejligheden er der 8 km til Ærøskøbing og 5 km til Søby. Busserne er gratis på Ærø og stopper 100 meter fra huset.

As an added magic, the accommodation has an amazing sea view, creating a truly unique vibe – whether you enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun set on the horizon.

Ærø - Large house, close to beach, town & harbor

Charming house in a great location, close to water, nature, shopping and city. Sleeps 9 for adults. Room for more if some of the guests are smaller children. Location in the cozy southern part of Marstal, with a short distance to the marina, forest and the beach at "Erik's tail" with the iconic little beach houses and lovely bathing conditions for both children and adults. Walk distance to shopping, ferry, and free bus that connects the island.

Skovby old Skole, Huset No.1

The house "No. 1" will be for you, with your own and a shared patio. There are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are on the 1st floor. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully decorated, and there's both a heat pump and a fireplace for the colder days. Bed linen, one towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included in the price.

Love being in nature? This wonderful trailer is located on the meadow by our pretty chickens overlooking the island landscape. Depending on the weather, have breakfast indoors or outdoors and let the Salzluftwind be painted around your nose, enjoy the long sunset in the evening and then look into the starry sky.... They are in nature and have a cozy comfort in the car with summer kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Timberframe house near Marstal Harbour

The house is one of the old and original houses in “skipperbyen” (Skippertown) in the heart of Marstal, build in early 1800’s. The house used to be a bakery (in what is now the kitchen) and a sailmaker once did his magic on the first floor hundred years ago. The house have been restored and brought into the 21st century comforts, while staying true to its history, pedigree and charm.
