Newly built, modern guesthouse in a cozy neighborhood with modern and nice material choices. The house is in a quiet location in the upper part of scenic Svärtinge. Here you live next door to the forest, several fishing and swimming lakes as well as a short drive to downtown Norrköping, Finspång and E4. Fully equipped residence with hall, bathroom, kitchen, common room and bedroom. For your information, during the summer of 2026, we will be carrying out ground improvements on our plot, but nothing that will impede access to the property. Warm welcome !

Welcome to Åby, north of Norrköping. Close to swimming, nature and Kolmården zoo. Modern and spacious apartment of 68 square meters. 4 beds, a double bed 180 cm and a bunk bed 90 cm divided into two separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large balcony with garden furniture. Built in 2019. The apartment is located on top of a double garage. Stairs up to the home. Walking distance to public transport to Norrköping as well as grocery store and restaurants in central Åby.

Cottage Kolmården

Relax at Bråviken's northern beach in a unique and peaceful accommodation with lovely views all year round. The cozy 30 sqm house accommodates everything you need for comfortable self-catering, whether you stay one night or several weeks. With proximity to train, bus, Norrköping and Kolmården Zoo, the location is perfect for culture, hiking and nature experiences. Local restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. An ideal accommodation for two adults who appreciate that little extra.

Luxury Lakeside Villa

Lakelands is a lyxury lakeside house with magnificant view through the paanoramic windows over the Tisnaren lake. It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Stugan i Simonstorp

A small cottage near the forest, the lake and adventure parks. Here you can go for walks on trails in the forest, hike down to the swimming area, sit on the little terrace and look down over a green garden with the lake sparkling below. Cycle on the gravelroads, borrow a kayak ore a stand-up paddleboard. Take the car to Kolmården Zoo or SörsjönAdventurePark. The cottage is suitable for a smaller family. There is a small playhouse for the children. You park next to the cottage.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Skogsloftet

Charming cottage with an open-plan layout, a small kitchen, a cosy sleeping loft and space for up to 4 people, in a natural environment. Here you live close to lakes where you can swim, Kolmårdens Zoo and Norrköping city. There are blackout curtains in the loft, but not by the sofa bed – there we provide sleep masks. 💤 Wi-Fi and Chromecast are available for a comfortable stay. 🌲✨
