Βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης, δίπλα στην εθνική οδό που σας οδηγεί σε όλα τα πανέμορφα χωριουδάκια της επαρχίας καθώς και στις πανέμορφες παραλίες του Νομού μας. Δεν θα σας λήψει τίποτα, γιατί τα πάντα είναι κοντά σας, κομμωτήριο ,φαρμακείο, ενοικιαστηκά αυτοκίνητα , μεγάλα super markets, εστιατόρια ,καφετέριες..... Συγκεντρωσαμε όλοι μας την εμπειρία και την αγάπη και φτιάξαμε ένα κατάλυμα 70m° με δύο υπνοδωμάτια ένα άνετο σαλόνι μια πλήρης λειτουργική κουζίνα και ένα άνετο μπάνιο το οποίο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 επισκέπτες άνετα στα κρεβάτια και 2 έξτρα εάν χρειαστεί σε καναπε-κρεβατι.
