Flo's Little House

La maison dispose d'un parking privé, d'un grand terrain et d'une terrasse avec vue sur la nature. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous découvrirez une grande pièce à vie avec salon, salle à manger et cuisine, un WC indépendant et la chambre Brique (avec un lit double en 160 et une salle d'eau ouverte). Pour votre confort, le prix de location inclus les draps, le linge de toilette, le forfait ménage et les charges. Animal accepté avec un supplément de 10€ par jour Vous n'avez plus qu'à profiter d'un agréable moment dans la maison de Flo. La maison de Flo est une ancienne grange complètement rénovée située à 23km d'Épernay et Chalons en Champagne et 50km de Reims. Il sera le lieu idéal pour découvrir les richesses de notre département entre vignobles, musées et site historiques.

Installez-vous dans cette grange entièrement rénovée avec le soin de préserver l'authenticité et le charme de l'ancien en plein coeur d'un village située aux portes du Chemin des Dames, face à la Vallée de l'Aisne. Un territoire rural, empreinte de la Première Guerre Mondiale, à proximité des grandes villes et de toutes les commodités, attractivités pour passer un beau séjour chez nous. Le + : Center Parcs - "Le Lac de l'Ailette" et son golf sauront vous divertir à proximité de la grange.

Lost in the middle of nowhere, lovers of nature and comfort will be delighted with the green calm with its heated swimming pool from March 1 to November 30 at 34° (except in exceptional cases of heat pump malfunction) and functional sauna all year round. The garden area is to be privatized either from 7pm-9pm or from 9pm-11pm.

In the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry vineyard, a superb fully renovated barn that can accommodate up to 7 adults and 3 children and a baby. Comfortable and pleasant, you will be won over by this peaceful retreat in the center of a charming village 15 minutes from Reims. You can also relax in a beautiful Jacuzzi from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. To complete this stay, we offer various massages and treatments in the same place for total relaxation. New fully renovated accommodation in part of an old barn. Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside, 2 steps from Lake d'Ailette and the Center Parcs. All comforts, with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen. Property with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. This accommodation will allow you to relax and recharge. Accommodation that is not suitable for people with limited mobility (stairs). We provide bedding (duvets, pillows and sheets) and linens.

Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

Apartment 10 minutes from Reims city center

You will feel "at home" in a recently decorated apartment, located in a renovated barn dating from the early 20th century. Access is via the attic and the independent apartment is located in our courtyard. Free parking is available on the adjacent streets. You are also 45 minutes by TGV from Paris 2024 For the Olympics, we can take you to the TGV station and pick you up for a flat rate of 20 euros per day.

La Grange d 'Angel

So that you can enjoy, for the duration of a stay, all the benefits of our beautiful Champagne region, I wanted to renovate the old barn of our cellar in order to offer you a comfortable cottage with a 40 m2 terrace. Thanks to this new stopover, you can come and recharge your batteries in our small village of Montigny-Sous-Châtillon, and admire an exceptional panorama of the Marne Valley, during a walk
