Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Our houses located in the Kızlan neighborhood are right in the middle of the Mediterranean and Aegean sea. 4 km to the Mediterranean Sea, 5 km to the Aegean Sea, 5 km to Datça Center, 3 km to Eski Datçaya We are only 500 meters away from the grocery store, greengrocer, and bakery. There is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed on our mezzanine floor.

Earthouse Retreat

Hi, first of all these are cob houses all made by clay in the traditional stone masonery methods of ancient mediterranean. We're leading a self sustainable life 'as much as we can' so our electricity is coming from solar energy panels which are enough to run a small fridge, laptops, lights and phone charges. Wood fire water heater in the bathroom. We wanted to be far from the crowd so we re a bit not so easy to get at. So its best if you have a 4x4 or u can walk a path uphill for 15 minutes.

Balçık House 1

A fully detached bungalow with a large garden, mezzanine and private pool, located among fig trees. There are 2 double beds, one of which is on the mezzanine floor in our house and a sofa bed in the open kitchen. There is a barbecue where you can enjoy a barbecue in the garden with all the kitchen utensils that may be necessary for you in the kitchen. It is 5 min by walking to the market and 6-7 min drive to the nearest beach. You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay.

A delightfully quaint studio apartment located a short 2 minute walk from the beautiful Aegean sea. The apartment is equipped with a fully functioning kitchenette and bathroom with a standing shower. Directly in front of the studio stands a cosy small terrace area where you can sip your early morning coffee or late night ouzo and watch the world go by. Situated in a very friendly neighbourhood in the centre of Gialos/Symi, everything you need is conveniently within walking distance.

This house is located on the first floor of our building. There is a 160X200 double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is a spacious furnished house with an American kitchen, a large balcony and a sea view.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom.
