“I cannot say enough about this place, it was wonderful. After being on the hectic East Bank sight seeing this place is a welcome respite to recover. The place is gigantic, clean, there is an awesome rooftop to hang out on, and a pool. The views are amazing there is a marsh area right in front on the Nile with many birds and sailboats. It appears further away then it is but the local ferry boat, which is a 5 minute walk away, is 2 Egyptian pounds to cross to the east bank, then another 5 minute walk up to the main road where we could get a taxi to Luxor Temple for less than 100 pounds depending on how much you want to haggle. The ferry is also really quick. Another plus for me was you get to see more of the local life on the West Bank around the village and the food and beverages were way cheaper. Ali our host was very kind and helpful and I had a wonderful stay.”

“I didn’t compare other Airbnb and book this place to live by my intuition as it feels very expenditure. At the end it is. Sonbol and his family are very friendly, kind hearted, thoughtful and authentic. You can tell them whatever you need or not need, I felt like home. Winter time in this boat is a bit cold at night but worth it as the ocean sun at day time just blow your mind. I love the tranquility and easiness this boat gave me. They provide lots of tour and transportations for my choices on both easy and West Bank, I love how they honour my choices and changed also my mind in short notice. Really appreciated the patience and consideration. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is amazing, I felt like a queen especially my diet on Gluten free vegan is not easy to cater know, it’s full of love inside the food and I even got a bag of fresh fruits for me to take onto plane when I’m leaving. My heart just melt. I’m grateful to be here even just for 3 nights, highly recommend you to join and experience if you simply want to slow down, connect the locals and enjoy what life is. Bless you.”
A beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in an idyllic location with truly amazing views with the largest private promenade in Luxor. Set in Beautiful landscaped gardens with a very large swimming pool. Perfect for relaxing in and enjoying a special holiday.
“Absolutely amazing place. I thought it looked it nice when booking but when we got there we were absolutely shocked with the beauty of the location of the resort. Apartment is clean and they leave you towels and bed linen all done nicely and left folded on each bed. The get you in pack is perfect it covered all our breakfast needs for the days we stayed and 15 bottles of water included . The pool is perfect and where we spent a lot of our time to keep us cool and in the evening we watched the sun set by the Nile absolutely stunning views. The resort is far from town and there is no shops in the resort or close by so keep cash for taxis. Staff really helpful and so friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave, Luxor is an amazing place and our favourite so far in Egypt.”
