This tiny, cozy house in the woods. Open the window to sounds of birds and nearby California Creek. Watch for the occasional passing moose. The couch on the main floor pulls out to a full size bed. In the loft, a queen size bed offers guests plenty of privacy. Enjoy a short walk to local restaurants, bars, coffee shop, laundromat and post office. Ours is a private home. We are a working family with kids and dogs. Although legal in Alaska, please keep all marijuana products in your vehicle.

Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.
