The house is not for that type of party for each person more than between without communicating it would be 100€ more

There is free parking on the street with no problem. It is a spacious and bright penthouse with 3 bedrooms, two double and one with 2 single beds, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bright living room and huge terrace.
