Holiday rentals with breakfast in Albania

This was a stunning place to stay for me and my partner, we loved everything about this place from the view to the restaurant! The staff there are lovely and make you feel right at home, it felt a bit of a shame to leave really, they all go the extra mile to make sure you’re okay and even helped out getting to local places so we could do things! The host was super helpful too, we had a bit of an issue to start with before we got there and the host was really proactive and helped resolve the issue and made sure we were okay we couldn’t have asked for anything else. The room itself was beautiful and comfy, just soo perfect for what we were looking for to make our first stay in Albania one to remember forever! Finally the restaurant was lovely and the traditional food is definitely worth trying, the staff were super helpful and looked after us while eating too! Hopefully we will visit again at some point…

The perfect guesthouse to explore Gjirokaster! Look no further, just book before it's full!!! No private kitchen in the otherwise authentic house, but a delicious and varied breakfast is at the hour you wish for you in the beautiful courtyard. A little further down the road you eat at sunset with beautiful views at Taverna Panorama Zhuli with a very sweet couple and also in Hotel Restaurant Bineri we ate delicious!

We really enjoyed our vacation in Dobronik. The host and hostess were incredibly nice and loving and helped us very well. We even got fresh vegetables from the garden. In addition, the accommodation was very clean and well equipped. The view from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking. The area is also beautiful.

An exceptional Airbnb stay! The hosts are welcoming & make you feel like home. The experience was perfect because of the couple who made us feel like part of the family. The breakfast was delicious. The views from the terrace and the room are breathtaking. The room cosy & clean. The location is close to the castle & the old bazaar but do prepare for some walking up & down hills as that’s part of the beauty of Gjirokastër. We recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city & hope to be back next year!

DON'T hesitate...book. this place is unreal. It is so unique. The little touches and the ambiance set this place apart. The host is amazing. So very accommodating.

What a beautiful place to stay with great views of the lake! Shiroka is full of cozy restaurants and you are also in Shkodër in no time (we had a rental car). Everything is clean, neat and spacious. Barize is very nice and welcoming. She made great breakfast dishes for us. Highly recommended to stay here!

The cottage is cozy. We loved having breakfast on the terrace. Sokol is very friendly, responds quickly. On site we were welcomed by Margarita and treated very warmly. There were problems with the water, which went out for a few hours, but everyone went out of their way to make sure it didn't cause us much trouble and it was taken care of very quickly. We were greeted with grapes and kaki from the garden.

Had a great stay at Torez, grandma and granddaughter. Great views from a large (shared) balcony. Is to walk up through the beautiful streets of the castle to get there. The street of this B&B is the most beautiful, with beautiful roses on the doorstep. Grandma is always present, also to offer refreshments to tourists. Two rooms booked with hall and fridge. Fine beds. Breakfast traditionally tasty.

Great location, very convenient. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby. The apartments are ordinary, clean. The owner left tea and coffee - very nice! I can recommend the owner and these apartments. Wish you all the best!

The place was clean and very nicely decorated. Arber was always available and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The city center is only a few minutes walk away. Would love to come back! An absolute recommendation.

We had a lovely stay at Indrit’s place! The location is central yet quiet. The building is new, secure and features free spacious parking (somewhat rare for the area). The place itself is super clean and definitely comfortable for 3 guests. Special thanks to Indrit for being such a great responsive host!! Will definitely stay here again.

The place is so homey and comfortable, I loved it! I felt completely supported and taken care of. The street is noisy, but after all, has everything I need close by. I could people watch on the ample balcony on the tree lined street. Erdeta is a great host, it was a pleasure to be acquainted with her. The location is about 10 minute walk to the main plaza.

Klodiana's place has a great location with easy access to bars, restaurants and close to Tirana's center. The apartment was really comfortable and cozy, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visit again!

We stayed two nights in Artur's apartment, located in the lower part of Gjirokastër, about 20-25 minutes walk to the old town. The neighborhood is peaceful and the apartment matches the photos. Everything was impeccably clean, and the bedding particularly comfortable. Breakfast, tasty and generous, was served in a charming garden. I highly recommend this listing!

Loved it! Amazing welcoming family. The 10-year-old daughter spoke English and was the one who communicated with me super well. Super cozy and clean space. During the stay they offered fruit from the farm and it was delicious.

Great stay with Aldi and his lovely family!

We lived in the ‚Honeymoon suite, very romantic. Everything is new and pretty much clean. But the very best is Brunas hospitality. She is a warm hearted person always looking for you and your welfare. Traditional homemade Breakfast whenever you ask for. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay. We can highly recommend this place.

Gjirokaster is a great town. The people are so welcoming and it's full of atmosphere. This is an amazing place to stay, with stunning views and a homely feel. Our host was amazing. Her garden and organic breakfast is magnificent. If you arrive by bus, it's best to get a 5 euro cab up and then walk to the castle and old town.

Amazing stay, easy check in, friendly, clean and he even brought us breakfast to the bed!

A stay like friends; we slept in the super cozy little cabin just a short walk from the main house where Andrina and Ziv live and cooked for us. There we ate their delicious vegetarian dishes and chatted nicely with them. The food is super tasty, the water comes fresh from the mountains, and the mountains themselves offer hikes overlooking the valleys and back in history through the small bunkers from the Albanian Hoxha era that cross the hills. The roads over the mountains there are sometimes challenging – with narrow sections, sharp curves and wild overtaking of the Albanian Mercedese.. So plan enough time for arrival, it is absolutely worth the effort!

Overall, it's good, the price is reasonable, the accommodation is in an old apartment building, the host and his mother entertained us warmly, thank you for picking me up at the station with my heavy luggage, the room has a private balcony, you can also dry your clothes, shared bathroom, clean! Good internet! The mother also prepared breakfast and juice for me for two days! Thank you! The only thing that's not great is that it's a little noisy outside, so you need to wear earplugs when you sleep!
