The Downtown House is steeped in all the flavor and festivities of our growing community. Built in 1873, our quirky home boasts fast internet (360Mbps) and amenities for an extended stay. We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

Experience country charm and beauty located only 8 minutes from downtown Laramie. The yurt features a modern bathroom with shower, kitchen, studio living space and wood stove. Located 2 miles above the town of Centennial, WY and only 1 mile from the Snowy Range of the Medicine Bow Routt National Forest you will feel close to everything you could want to do in the mountains. Pickleball courts are regularly utilized by the owners...feel free to join in (at your own risk). Parking limited to a max of 2 vehicles and NO TRAILERS.
